Admissions you control

Private by design
Patients don't get accounts and we hold minimal personal information. Video is encrypted in transit, data is hosted in Sydney, and the design is aligned with the Australian Privacy Act.
Group calls built in
Three participants or thirty — group calls work by default. Everyone can check their camera and mic before they join, and it all runs in the browser, with no downloads, on iOS Safari and Android Chrome.
Chat inside the call
Share a link or a tricky spelling in a private text chat during the consult — messages clear the moment the call ends. Owners can switch it off for any clinic that would rather stay voice and video only.

No. Patients and guests join by name only — ThrivioMeet doesn't create accounts for them.
