Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan starts with no setup fee, on any tier.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day full-featured trial, no credit card required.
How do I sign up?
ThrivioMeet is invite-only while we're in beta. Request access and tell us which plan fits, and we'll set your organisation up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Solo and Clinic, or add and remove seats, at any time — billing is prorated for the change.
Does custom branding include my own domain?
On Solo and Clinic, custom branding covers your logo, colours and greeting — call pages still load on thriviomeet.com.au. The exception is forms: with the Forms add-on on Clinic, your intake forms can live on your own domain. If you need the whole experience inside your own product, that's what the Embed plans are for.
What does the Thrivio Forms add-on include?
Encrypted patient intake forms and scored clinical questionnaires, shareable by link, standing on a public page, or embedded on your own website — with PDF export and delivery straight to your reception queue. A$19 per clinician per month on either plan.
What does the transcription add-on include?
Automatic transcription of recorded consults is coming soon. Add it now to reserve your spot — you won't be charged until it ships.
